Disney Pixar cooks up another great movie, “Ratatouille”. When you watch it, you may want a snack.
The movie begins with the main character, Remy (Patton Oswalt), discovering his talent for cooking delicious food. He is found in the kitchen of Gusteau’s, a world famous French restaurant. He was uncovered while adding spices to some soup by the garbage boy, Linguini (Lou Romano). The other chefs mistakenly believe that the garbage boy is the talented chef. The head chef Skinner (Ian Holm) has his doubts about Linguini’s talent. So, Linguini and Remy came up with a plan where Remy controls Linguini like a puppet to cook the food. Suspense builds as the cooking duo run into many close calls of being discovered.
“Ratatouille” tells a great story that carries a wonderful message for movie goers of all ages. The movie stresses the importance of family and teamwork.
Realistic animation throughout the movie helps keep the audience entertained. The audience roared at the many humorous situations and slap-stick comedy.
We would recommend this movie to kids who like to laugh and we believe their parents will laugh as well at this delicious little treat.
